I really do think that most would benefit more from reflection on the Beatitudes.

The entire Bible is a reflective benefit to those who have faith and try to live a godly life.

And the reflective benefits of studying the events just before the end of days is preparation, which Jesus talked about in all of his parables.

Jesus said to learn, to know the signs of the times _ Paul said study to show yourself approved -giving those who do reflective benefits.

Of course if you were one of the ones who think that they won't be here during the reign of the Beast and his minion but believe what John Nelson Darby started in the 18th century of the pre-tribulation rapture then you definitely won't benefit from The Book of Revelation - because there will be no beneficial preparation.

@SDavis All this "end time" stuff is the product mainly of the US publishing industry, making money out of gullible people who are more often than not untutored in any theology but their own fundamentalist creed spoon fed to them throughout their lives, until such time as they are blind to anything else.

I repeat, those immersed in this End Time stuff are more often than not simply wasting valuable time.

Believe what you like.

United States government wasn't around and all this so-called end Time stuff has been talked about and anticipated since the resurrection of Christ.

Gullible and the Bible speaks so plainly of those who will call believers gullible and say things like wasting valuable time.

Well if he comes in your valuable life time you'll be one of the ones screaming alien invasion and trying to hide from what you see coming from the clouds in the sky - and it will look like an alien invasion to those that don't know him.

And my words also are to anyone I talk to believe as you choose. Will not respond again goodbye

@SDavis Yes, spoken about since Jesus walked this earth because he did not return almost immediately as anticipated.

Your barely veiled threats are quite frankly puerile to those of any genuine spirituality.

MY Threats --- not my threats /not mine at all _ WRITTEN IN SCRIPTURE close to 2,000 years ago - Revelation 6:16. Not at any time did I say anything vulgar towards you are make a claim to physically or mentally harm you.

2nd Thessalonians 2:3 Paul said **that day will not come** / what does that mean?

Each and every individual alive is to anticipate his coming in their time upon the Earth but also to read the signs of the times to know when it is near. Paul didn't anticipate the *immediate* return of Christ in his day Paul was preparing the unprepared for their day of Ascension meaning death because the spirit goes back to the Lord who gave it and the flesh goes back to the ground...... That's just another vise that an atheist at some point came up with to use to try to refute Christianity and as with all things anti it's quickly spread and is widely used. By those who go on / or create fake Christian sites in order to antagonize.
