I Want to Read the Whole Bible

That is my ultimate aim. I wanna read it from cover to cover. For people who ask which version I have, American Standard Version (the simplified version of King James) its language is neither too ancient nor too modern. Just inbetween two Englishes.

A very noble goal. If this is you first read-through, try not to get to bogged down on the genealogies (they can seem a bit dry) or prophecies (they can seem a bit confusing).

Personal preference: English Standard. Although, tbh, the styles I prefer are spread over several versions

Is it more simplified than the ASV? The only one available in my country as a book was ASV.
