@BritishFailedAesthetic Consensus in Church is also important. Few members may differ but not like opposite poles.

Anyway fellowship is an important part of church and I'm glad both churches I go to emphasise fellowship and that I have some great Christian friends from them.
Lots of these people we're talking about on here are probably radicalised and need to go out and mix with people more.
