What's that Bible verse you turn back to when you are struggling?

Going through one of the most difficult times in my life right now. I would like to read some of your favorite Bible verses or the ones that speak to you the most when you're feeling blue. It would mean a lot to me.

I get yelled at by bible thumpers for this.

But have you ever sat down and read the book of Ecclesiastes?
It cheers me up, because it validates my feelings and helps me through them.
The book starts out:

2 “Everything is meaningless,” says the Teacher, “completely meaningless!”

3 What do people get for all their hard work under the sun? 4 Generations come and generations go, but the earth never changes. 5 The sun rises and the sun sets, then hurries around to rise again. 6 The wind blows south, and then turns north. Around and around it goes, blowing in circles. 7 Rivers run into the sea, but the sea is never full. Then the water returns again to the rivers and flows out again to the sea. 8 Everything is wearisome beyond description. No matter how much we see, we are never satisfied. No matter how much we hear, we are not content.

But the book carries you through. It's a comfort for, well, me at least.
@nonsensiclesnail you get yelled at by Bible thumpers for speaking favourably about Ecclesiastes?
@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP For sharing the book with those who are looking for hope. Yes. One here in particular. Shes a sweet lady but shes kind of crazy too. Well, like most of us. cant fault her for that.
@nonsensiclesnail and "lady" isn't always a common noun when referring to her, right?
@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP no, not at all. i'm not giving any hints as to her identity if thats what you mean. I dont think... I blocked her so long ago im not ever certain what her name was.
@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP oh wait, it might be part of her name. Hmm.. still. shes really very kind. Just, very absolute.

@nonsensiclesnail sounds uplifting! I turn to philosophy
@nonsensiclesnail yes, I love her too, but almost certainly struggling with mental health issues. I'm just happy I never got her on a bad day
@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP Years ago she gave me her phone number to call her if I wanted to talk. But I never called, though I talked to her here and she blocked me within a week. but quite some time later unblocked me...and I tried talking to her again, but as you know, she's not always ok. I got tired of her attacking me for minor misunderstandings and had to block her. I don't care to argue with her. shes really rather lovely.

@nonsensiclesnail That sounds like some good writing. I was going to say "Let each day's worries be sufficient on to its own"
