Prayer, in my opinion, is a normal and frequent conversation with God. It should NOT be repetitive or formulaic, or "as the Gentiles do with their much speaking".
I pray silently when I need to be quiet, and I pray every night. But I also pray in my car, in my living room, and where ever I happen to be when I need to give thanks, ask for guidance or just talk to God.
@4meAndyou your very correct in pointing out that Praying is indeed personal to each and everyone of us.
Some people prefer to pray quietly, others collectively, or wish to share a prayer extensively as in a video.
There really isn’t any right or wrong way to strengthen your bond with God . Just as long as it involves respectful acknowledgement. God is happy Amen 🙏🏽
