Hello. therapist here who has education and training in the meaning of dreams. Some dreams are random neurons firing, discharging the last energy of your day. They don’t mean anything but rather your brain tries to make sense of those random discharges and laces together a narrative. However, repeated Dreams are your subconscious bubbling up. And the spiritual do believe dreams can be a mode for god or the other world to speak to us.
In your dream, the separate paths represent a decision to be made. Are you at a fork in the road? Is there a dilemma you are considering? It seems there is an element of good and evil to your dream. There may be a past situation that you pushed deep within, trying to resurface. Do you need to resolve questions of faith? Of doubt? Past hurts by someone or an institution you trusted? You decide how to proceed with these as well. Forgiveness or hardened.
Doors again represent a decision to be made. The staircase means a journey, and it will be challenging. The demon or character challenging you means you have reservations about fully committing to opening that door, or making a decision. You are facing an obstacle and may need to seek guidance. Good luck.

One way to find out if it’s real or not. Next time you have it and you can alter your actions and speech, invoke the name of Jesus. See what happens.

I don't really know what your dream means but I'm getting the sense that it's about separation from God. I would definitely pray about it. Ask God to come into your life if you haven't already and thank him for what he did on the cross for you.

I would ask God to show you very clearly what your dream means. Ask if there's some kind of destructive force in your life that he would like you to change would he help you make good decisions that are holy and pleasing to him.

Give time for God to speak to you. So often we talk at him but then we refuse to listen.

If there's something you are being convicted of, pray for the courage and strength to change it. Xx
