Quiet Conversations with God [Entry #3] - [Isaiah 41:10]

Isaiah 41:10 [NLT] - “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.”
This morning, I'm sitting with this verse and letting it speak into the day ahead. There's something grounding about waking up, drinking some coffee, and hearing God say, "I am with you." Not as a distant comfort, but as a real, steady presence walking with me into whatever today holds. Fear and discouragement try to show up early sometimes; through lingering thoughts from yesterday, or the weight of everything waiting for me; but this scripture reminds me that I'm not stepping into this day alone.
I'm realizing how often I start my mornings trying to brace myself, as if I have to carry every responsibility in my own strength. But Isaiah 41:10 shifts that whole mindset. God isn't asking me to be strong by myself; He's offering His strength, His help, and His support. Honestly, that's exactly what my spirit needs to hear at the start of the day. Not pressure, not perfection, just the reminder that the Sovereign Lord is holding me up before I even take my first step.
Psalm 73:26 [NLT] says this: “My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; He is mine forever.”
There’s a quiet confidence that comes from knowing God is already ahead of me; strengthening, guiding, lifting, and steadying me. So this morning, I’m choosing to walk in that truth. I’m releasing the fear, the discouragement, and the weight of yesterday. God is with me. God is helping me. God is holding me steady.
Heavenly Father, thank you for being my strength when I feel unsure. Thank you for reminding me that Your presence is my peace. As I begin this day, I choose courage; not because everything is easy, but because You are faithful. Amen! xoxo
