Ask yourself why you think that was brash. I don't see it as brash. I see it as 1+1+1 = 3 . It's not to underscore or minimize the losses, of course not .. but instead to point out what you're missing. And what does me having children or not matter in this conversation? Both of you are the ones who wants a child/children - and those children may already be here waiting for you both. Please don't ignore them.
