An urgent prayer for a sister in Christ.
Your prayers please for Bethany Magee who was the victim of a horrific subway attack where she was set on fire by a deranged maniac who should never have seen the light of day.
She suffered 60% burns to her body and is expected to be in hospital for atleast another three months (not counting rehab). Let us pray that she knows that Christ is with her every step of the way, even on the darkest days of her recovery and our Holy Triune Thrice Holy God is watching over her.
Every piece of evidence points to her being a sister in Christ- she goes to the church of her parents (her dad works at a Godly Christian university) and the evidence points towards Uplands Community Church, a church with the Gospel there, as voluntary work done by her dad is listed there and this article seems to show her mum volunteering there.
