The hidden mountain and Christ in the Old Testament
Like many of my pastor's points a seperate post is needed for this one.
Let's say you go on holiday to Switzerland, eager to view the mountains, notably Matterhorn from your hotel, on arrival from the hotel you are dissapointed because fog is completely covering the view of the mountain.
The next day however the fog clears and you get the view of the mountain, revealed in all it's glory!
So it is with Christ in the Old Testament- OT prophecies are the fog veiling Christ, Christ is the mountain and the NT is the fog clearing, giving us a full view of the beauty of Christ!
