Just curious about what people think…

Do you think a pastor should be allowed to continue leading a church after his wife committed adultery? Why or why not?

Our youth pastor’s wife committed adultery and that really divided the congregation. I also left because of it.

It’s not his fault is it? Why should he leave?

@plankter979 it is not his fault. It is his wife fault. She leads the youth girls and lost all credibility. If he divorces her, would he still be effective as divorce pastor?

@Elfviline If you read your bible, adultery in one of the reasons divorce is permitted. So biblically, if she has had an affair, and if he divorces, he has done nothing wrong. She has.
