Sudan and the cloud

Today while reading the top 10 booklet I came across the entry for Sudan.

We meet Alia- a Christian woman in a Sudanese IDP, as she is Christian neither side of the rebels, etc have any sympathy for her.

She lacks food, medicine, water. Despite her hardships she says: "We have not forgotten God because he is with us day and night".

This took me back to my reading of Exodus 39-40 this morning where God showed he was with the Israelites day and night.

If we were to visit Alia in her IDP camp, I believe God's presence would be overwhelming strong there.

Please, let us not forget our sisters in Christ like Alia in our prayers and that as Christians, she is as much our family, as our own blood relatives.

You're good at raising awareness to other people
you're good at this and i wont deny you
@Matt85 It was a Bible Study hosted by the Sheffield couple I told people about- his accent gave his away his posh background- a neutral accent whereas she had a proper strong Sheffield one (much more interesting than the usual cliché of the man from the working class background and the lady coming from a wealthy background. By the way, my mum and dad are from that cliché 🤭)

The Bible Study teacher opened a Barnabas Aid prayer diary and my passion for the persecuted church started there. It is a gift from God.
