A note from Bible Study about fellowship, that needs a post!

During the discussion at bible study, a lady, originally from Guyana, was talking about fellowship back in Guyana and how she enjoys it when she goes back to visit family.

Volunteers bring food to each Church service. After the service, the food is cooked and everyone stays to talk and have a meal. Mix that with Guyanan culture and people head to the 11am service...... and come out of church as late as........... 6PM!

Wow, isn't that how fellowship should be? I personally love to stay and mingle after a service but that is on a whole new level! To be fair the Guyanan way is as it should be, read the book of Acts!

Friends, church online is not fellowship, this is not how God designed us to be. Church online is for when you are too ill to attend church.

If you are in a Country where it is safe to be a Christian, there is ZERO excuse for you to not go if you are able to, get out there and get meeting your Christian family!
