Besides: It hasn't actually occurred to you the message is about the inclusiveness of the Olympic movement...it's about athletic talent, no matter if you're christian. muslim, jew, hindu, pagan, agnostic, atheist, gay, straight, transexual, asexual, has it?

@TheWildEcho What "prophecy?" That "scoffers will come?" People have scoffed at Christianity since the days when Jesus was alive. Some "prophecy" that could apply to any time within the last 2000 years.

@LeopoldBloom you clearly missed the point of my post which.is that this sort.of thing is getting much worse. Wouldnt have happened at London 2012 or.Rio2016. It speaks volumes that many people objecting arent Christians and why people see the need to mock something they do t understand is beyond me.

@TheWildEcho Not very inclusive is it? Telling everyone who doesn't believe in your belief system that they will "burn in hell" if they don't accept your beliefs. The Olympics are for all. Not just christians. Not just for heterosexuals. Not just for the able bodied.

There was no mockery of anything. The message of the show was for inclusivity. Not a difficult concept to grasp, tbh.

@TheWildEcho Ooooooooohhh! Temper temper! I never said or even implied they did. Some people really need to sort out their persecution complex, when no mockery was made and no intention of anything was made, other than to provide some entertainment.

If there was a god, do you not think it would have a sense of humour? Do you not think it would be happy to see a global event bringing nationalities, races, and creeds together, especially when there is genocide going on in the world?
