PSA: If you actually are worried at oppression of Christians

Maybe at countries or regions where Christians are ACTIVELY oppressed.

Not having your way with banning abortions, gay marriage or turning a democracy into the Republic of Gilead is not oppression.

You wanna know what oppression looks like?

Ask the Armenians ethnically cleansed in Karabakh.
Ask the murdered Copts in Egypt. Ask the Assyrians forced out of their indigenous lands in Iraq by ISIS.

That's how they feel oppressed though, gay marriage oppresses them because they want to do whatever they want to others and can't so they cry about it. Them making laws is really just code for them wanting to do whatever they want to people and get away with it legally.

@SatanBurger isn't that what US SCOTUS is doing? Now presidential immunity, but also stripping away agency authority to protect us. I can't wait to hear their crazies regarding the requirement to teach the Bible of post the 10 Commandments.

@samueltyler2 Yup. All because they can't do what they want anymore and if they can't do it, might as well make what they want to do legal. They been trying for years and with the courts stacked now or something to that extent they now can.

@basilfawlty89 Honestly the most troubled group seems to be Evangelicals in the States at least so you make a good point. That group reminds me of old testament type groups and it's even more dangerous as many have real money and they've bought government numerous times.

I'd like to add Quakers to the peaceful list too, they've engaged in activism that have led to very small but needed change in different ways. I don't know any personally so I can't really say but it seems like not all Christians are like that.

And it's good that many are for gay marriage and the like, is just sad that the United States is like this uniquely and wish I had an answer as to why that is
