Can some people give me examples as to how god may make things right in a situation of broken families?

God never promised to fix broken families. He DID promise to provide you with strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way.
He is not a magic wish fairy. He is your God, and He loves you. Another thing God always provides, (eventually, and if you pray for it sincerely), is wisdom.
A family is made up of many people, and each of them must come to wisdom in their own time, and in their own way.
Wisdom might dictate that this family remain apart. Since I don't know any of you, it's very hard to say.
