I was confessing to my therapist only this evening that I have no fear. Only am uneasy about having not done my very best in this life. That frightens me no end at times

@val70 If you were a Christian, you would know the gift of God, that It was He made Him He who knew no sin to become sin for us so that we might become the righteousness of God...It's placing our faith in the only one who was perfect in our place because we never could do it on our own...It's a gift from God lest any man should boast...Like so many other religions where if we do enough good deeds and not enough bad deeds, the Christian faith is about How God gives us His Righteousness through faith in His Son...It's a gift God reaching out to man rather than man reaching out to God...It's a deep and meaningful relationship rather than did I do this right did I do this wrong??? It's about to know and be known and loved....I hope this helps...Enjoy being set free with the good news!

@saintsong Oh bully for you. I'm but a humble human being who sins a lot but the Lord is merciful enough and we're all but the creation of Him. Lets not forget that either

@val70 Our righteousness is like that of thilfy rags, I too sin on a daily basis, but I come to the throne of God confidently because Jesus Christ washed every single sin away in His blood that drips upon my skin and I embrace Him and want to know Him personally closer than a brother like a love like no other...He gives me Life, and that spirit of life has let me know on a daily basis that I am saved, and that I am blessed! I am not a bully.
