World needs to be more humble

This is from todays reading at church. Jesus, who is God, humbled himself to ride into his Glory on a donkey. I think the world will be a much better place if more people would be humble. There is too much selfishness in the world. Too much hate.

"Exult greatly, O daughter Zion! Shout for joy, O daughter Jerusalem! Behold: your king is coming to you, a just savior is he, Humble, and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey."
Zechariah 9:9

Humble really doesn't do justice to what Jesus did. He emptied HImself to the point that what mattered was the Will of the Father not Jesus Life or Body or even Death. He trusted the Father that even is He was killed yet would He live again.

@hippyjoe1955 i would say He is the perfection of humble. Just as He is perfection of love (agape). We dont do justice to either of those things. But i do understand what you mean though.

@Random3838 Humble is one of those words that have kind of lost its meaning over the years. Moses was the most humble man in the camp. He also marched into the Pharaoh's palace and demanded freedom for the slaves. That is my kind of humble.
