Have you found that people don't want to hear or face the truth about anything?

It's sad but many would rather CLOSE their eyes and heart to the truth of God's Word the Bible and the prophecies therein that have been for fulfilled, that are being fulfilled right before our eyes, and that are yet to be fulfilled when it affects their program, agenda, or chosen lifestyles. Here's what I know will happen with this post: (1) There will disrespectful one's who will ridicule and mock this post who truly do not care what the Bible says and who do not believe or care what God says or does. I hope this won't be the case. (2) There may be lovers of God's Word the Bible who honestly want to understand the Bible and draw close to God but have many questions. Which category/number do you fall under?

Most people haven't got a clue about what the theme of God's Word is. They don't have a clue or understanding of what the Bible says about the wonderful future that lies ahead.

You talk of the truth of "God's Word the Bible" but you offer no evidence to support that assertion. Why should anyone believe your unsupported opinion rather than a folower of anther religion. After all, they all claim to be "the truth".
@Sharon The truth of God’s word says if a person pays attention and applies the principles, standards, regulations, and laws of the Bible in one's life, you will be much happier (Isaiah 48:17-18, Psalm 119:165). Why? Doing so makes for happier and peaceful families and relationships with others.

The truth of God’s word helps millions like myself to see and understand why this world is so messed up. The truth of God's word the Bible helps me to endure with peace of mind until God destroys Satan and his wicked system of things (Romans 16:20, Hebrews 2:14, Philippians 4:6-7). The truth of God's word gives me and millions of others a wonderful hope for the future (Jeremiah 29:11, Psalm 37:10-11 and verse 29, Revelation 21:3-5). The truth of God’s word helps me to understand why humans grow old, get sick and die and to know that those three things will someday soon in mankind's coming history be permanently reversed. No more old age, sickness and death. (Romans 5:12, Isaiah 33:24, Job 33:25, Revelation 21:4). All this and more is possible and will come true because of God’s heavenly based Kingdom of the heavens. That is why Jesus taught his followers to pray for God’s heavenly Kingdom/Government to come (Matthew 6:9-10).

All this Bible based information may be foreign to you, but it is true, it's the truth of God's Word the Bible. I have faith that the sun will come up each morning even on a cloudy day, I don't even think about it. I just know it, the sun, will rise and set like clock work. I know the 4 seasons will come and yield their particular characteristics. The natural world and it's beauty, the intricacies and deliberate details of creation help me to strongly put faith in the existence of a powerful loving Creator and God and that what He promises wil come true. (Romans 1:19-20, Hebrews 6:18, Titus 1:2). If you dare, please take the time to investigate for yourself, if you don't believe what I'm saying. The ball is in your lap.

Also, there is only "one truth/one faith" according to God's standards, according to the Bible. Not yours, not mine, or that of others. Almighty God sets the scriptural standards for for what is truth and what the true faith is (Ephesians 4:5).

@seotelkniwt You keep going on about "the truth of God's word" you offer nothing to support that assertion. Simply repeating the same claim doesn't make it true. On could make similar claims for any other work of fiction. I read the bible when I was a christian, that's why I'm an Atheist now.
@Sharon Yes and I will continue to keep talking about the truth of God's word. It's obvious that you have your own agenda of doing things your way and not God's way. People claim they use to be Christian but now they are athiest. A true Christian and footstep follower of Jesus Christ would never betray or disown God and Jesus like Judas did Jesus on the night of Jesus' illegal night trial (Matthew 26:75, Matthew chapter 26). Peter disowned Jesus 3 times, but eventually came to his spiritual senses. It takes hard work and determination to do and see things God's way. Staying an atheist puts you in the category of Judas actions. Seriously think about it.

When a person leaves off/stops from being a servant and worshiper of God it is probably because they want to do the things that are condemned by God and God’s word the Bible. So they make up frivolous excuses by God's standard to stop worshipping Him. It could be fear of what others think of them being a Christian or because they feel they shouldn't be experiencing trials and tribulations or all the above. There are many more countless reasons why people stop serving and worshipping God, stop loving God, Jesus, and the Bible. But my God is a reader of hearts and He knows the real reason why a Christian becomes an atheist.
@Sharon why are you so afraid of the truth of what the Bible says? A reasonable person would do in-depth research concerning the things I comment from the Bible on. The sad part is that you cannot back up what you repeatedly keep saying. You cannot prove me wrong. And that's a good thing that you cannot prove me wrong.

I'm not because, other than a few references to real places and a few historical figures (like many other works of fiction), there isn't any truth in it, no matter how often you claim there is. I'm more concerned that the lies in the bible are used to exploit the gullible.

A reasonable person would do in-depth research
I have, that's a major reason why I'm an Atheist.

The sad part is that you cannot back up what you repeatedly keep saying.
You're describing yourself now.

You cannot prove me wrong.
You've yet to offer any real evidence that what you say bears even a passing resemblance to the truth. The Flying Spaghetti Monster lives. You cannot prove me wrong either.

What a pathetic get out. Lots of Atheists are former christians who actually read the bible. You go on and on about "the truth" but you ignore it when it doesn't fit your agenda.

When a person leaves off/stops from being a servant and worshiper of God it is probably because they want to do the things that are condemned by God and God’s word the Bible.
So do you eat shellfish, wear clothes of mixed fabrics or do any of the other things forbidden in the bible? You seem to be in breach of 1 Timothy 2:12 right now.
@Sharon maybe perhaps one day before its not late you will come to your senses. By the way, you've done all your research in all the wrong places. You researched out people, groups and organizations that are non-Christian. And you have fallen tightly into Satan's grip rather you want to believe it or not, just like Eve, Adam's wife.
@Sharon It's truly pointless responding to you. End of discussion.

LOL. Typical christian, thinking childish insults are a valid substitute for evidences or even reasoned argument.

By the way, you've done all your research in all the wrong places.
ROFLMAO. That would be research that doesn't fit your agenda.

As an Atheist, I don't believe is Satan either.

Tell me, how are you going to explain yourself to Odin when you meet Him at the Door to Valhalla?

As you have no evidence nor anything of value to add, you're right.
