I don't understand Christianity

- The bible is 2000 years old and has been rewritten and re-interpreted multiple times but people still take it so literally
- Jesus was around just over 2000 years ago, so did everyone before then who didn't know about this religion go straight to hell?
- What about people who don't accept jesus into their lives because they havn't heard much about Christianity or grew up in a different religion? Do they deserve an eternity in hell?
- If you are Christian, why? And are you open to other truths? Or do you believe the bible is the only truth?

Where on earth do people get this written and rewritten garbage? I hear the same trash over and over

There are still original copies in Hebrew and Greek, this is often repeated but entirely wrong

There are a bunch of translations that aren’t faithful in English, though the KJV is good and a few others

The law was given long before then

As to the full answer to your second question, it’s given here

“For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: by which also he went and preached unto the spirits in prison; which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ: who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.”
‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3:18-22‬ ‭KJV‬‬

@th3r0n why jesus is white? Lol any historical evidence?
Montanaman · M
@Milkcandy realistically, he was probably dark skined. It's just the way he's interpreted in certain cultures like Caucasian Americans.
My opinion only.

@Montanaman then i expect there is latina jesus lol

@Milkcandy He's All things. He's Omnipresent. 💞😇🙏

@Milkcandy Jesus is white because Caucasians want him to be white. It's a comfort thing. The historical Jesus was born to Middle Easterners. He would have been dark skinned.

@Milkcandy Jesus is NOT white, he is Hebrew

They could not discern between Hebrews and Egyptians by looks, so clearly they had dark skin

@th3r0n The 1611 KJV was copied most from the Geneva Bible. And chances are you have never seen or will ever see, an authentic 1611 KJV.

@Diotrephes I like the Geneva Bible also, it’s a favorite
