When you say you're a Christian, what does that mean? Do you actually follow Christ or are you a Christian in name only?

The prophet Isaiah said:

In that day seven women shall take hold of one man, saying, “We will eat our own food and wear our own apparel; Only let us be called by your name . Take away our disgrace!"

It means you pretend there is an invisible skydaddy. It also means you pick which parts you like and shove it in the face of others proclaiming you follow it even if you do not. Further it is a means of proclaiming forgiveness when you wrong others and expect it from others no matter how many times you do it.
It also is a shield you try to use when foisting your evilness upon them as if you were directed by some myth so therefore it was justified.
@MasterLee I agree with 90% of what you said. If Christianity is a religion that is all about "salvation" and claiming that "Jesus died for me, so I can do whatever I want..." That is a worthless religion. It's worse than a worthless religion. It makes people think they can do other people wrong and get away with it.
@MasterLee That is not what Christ taught. Those people are Christian in name only.
