If The Debt Of A Christian Is Fully Paid Why Refer To Yourself As A Sinner?

As far as I know sinners don't have access to God.

Because we still sin, untill the day we get out of these faulty bodies..

Having the penalty paid for does not mean we have ceased sinning..

@Adstar Jesus didnt pay for your future sins too?
Adstar · 56-60, M
@karysma Yes He will be paying for all my sins if i continue to believe Him and trust in the Atonement He secured on the cross to pay the penalty for sins...

But again i still sin.. Just as you and everyone in these sabotarged flesh bodies sin..

@Adstar But why call yourself a sinner when you're in Christ?
Adstar · 56-60, M
@karysma Because i still sin... I am a forgiven sinner being constantly forgiven and on the day God judges all i will stand before Him without sin and He will not remember my sins at all... But right now? Here in this body in this world? I am very far from being that Being..

As the Prophet Jeremiah predicted about that day..

(Jeremiah 31:33-34) "But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. {34} And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and[c=7700B2] I will remember their sin no more[/c]."

Isn't it cool Our Perfect God can decide to cause himself to forget all our sins... 🤗

@Adstar True but calling yourself a sinner is calling Christ a sinner because you are [c=7700B2]In Him.[/c]
Adstar · 56-60, M
@karysma I don't see it that way.. Jesus is LORD and without sin.. All my sin has been transfered through time back to the time of His execution and placed upon him while he was dying on the cross.. So back then Yes He had my sins.. As th scripture says..

2 Corinthians 5:21 "For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."

Goddamit whose idea was it to give us faulty bodies?
Adstar · 56-60, M
@GeniUs Our Ancestors who where enticed into believing a lie from satan that the knowledge of good and evil would make them Gods..
GeniUs · 56-60, M
@Adstar I'm pretty sure the bodies were faulty before that.
Adstar · 56-60, M
@GeniUs Nope they where Good.. God declared His creation good when He finished creating it..

(Genesis 1: {31} And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day."
GeniUs · 56-60, M
@Adstar Over 90% of the DNA in the human body is redundant, what's that doing there if it 'was good'? And since we were all 'made by god' isn't the provable research of a scientist more likely to be true (and maybe the word of god) than the interpretation of a 2500 year old scrap of papyrus attributable to nobody (but certainly not a scientist) and yet for some reason you say this random scrap of information is 'the word of god'.
karysma · 31-35, F
@Adstar The word says [c=7700B2]You're the righteousness of God[/c] in present tense not future tense. When God looks at you he sees Christ because Christ lives in you. You are in unity with Christ and can't be separated so if you a sinner you're saying Christ is too.

GeniUs · 56-60, M
@karysma well this is a right old jumble, isn't it?
Adstar · 56-60, M
@karysma
if you a sinner you're saying Christ is too.
No i am not saying that.. And i have never declared Jesus a sinner.. You have made this accusation twice and i have denied it twice.. Please don't make the accusation again..
