Life in Heaven: Can we divorce our partner if we don't like him/her?

But do bible mention this somewhere about what we are going to do. I hear people saying we will be sitting in the throne next to Jesus. Whole day sitting on the throne will be boring 🤔 Hope cushions are there on the throne 🙃

@SW-User I don't think you will be bored, if you make it that is! We all need to be concerned that we are saved 🙂 We can die any day so make sure. Because "to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ" (if we are his)

@Carazaa Let us all get saved for sure. No I am talking about the case after we are saved. Would there be newspapers and magazines or only Bible ?
Are there sports competitions in heaven? Only women's team I suppose...all are angels except Jesus. Lucky Jesus 😊
Now all saved ones are in heaven. So who will torture the people in hell 🤔

@SW-User It says that the people in heaven will help God to carry out his judgment. I am not sure what that means.

@Carazaa That's very interesting. So good news is that we are not just sitting on the throne the whole day during our stay in heaven.
Infact the very thought of that made me less religious 😊. If I go to hell atleast there is some work to do and we have some physical excercise.

But I have a question now. Where does it say that the people in heaven will help God in carrying out his judgement?
The judgement is based on our sincere belief that Jesus is the only saviour? That is purely a connection between God and the people on earth. There isno chance others in heaven can know about this. Without knowing about the sincere beliefs of the people who live on earth how can they even help God?🤔

But again that job is boring. If there is some other job I will consider coming to heaven.

@SW-User Most of the time, you will be looking down at people in hell and rejoicing at their suffering as a manifestation of divine justice.

@SW-User In Revelation 2:26, Jesus gives a specific example with a promise: “The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations.”

@Carazaa The authority over nations is quite confusing. Nations are not being judged right. God is judging people...isn't it?

So why the second coming of Jesus is necessary? The believers who went to heaven can be sent to earth as ticket checkers to heaven.. isn't it?

In the end people will either go to heaven or hell. Do the nations also be plucked out of earth and transported depending upon the beliefs of people 🤔

@Carazaa I don't agree with everything the U.S. does - how is it fair for me to be judged for what the country did? Outside of voting, I have almost no control over what goes on here.

@Carazaa That's very sad. God seemed to have made all of us confused. If something is not yet to be understood..(such as giving born again people authority over nations), it should not have been mentioned in the first place.

Looks like getting saved by believing in the Bible mythology is just a basic requirement to reach heaven.

After that again people will be grouped based on merrit transfer from earth 🤔

Also what will happen to the current earth. It will be empty? or animals and birds will completely occupy this space. Do only humans go to heaven ? Should be because animals don't believe that Jesus blood and sin theory.
So do animals go to hell or stay on earth ?
