I Think Christian Fantics Hurt The Christians In General

Why do Christians hate LGBTQ+?

WHY condemn us? Why do mostly of Christians keep on saying that we will not be saved?

I have a question. You are a Christian and yes you read the Bible

But didn't God said LOVE one another? Bring peace?

If you are a believer of Christ then why bring hate? Discrimination?

I do not understand why? Please enlighten me.

I am a Christian and I don't condemn anyone. I simply point out that according to scripture "neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality, nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God". If you want to inherit the kingdom of God then you have to stop doing that. If you don't want to inherit the kingdom then carry on. Don't think it is me condemning you.

@hippyjoe1955 Being born sexually attracted to the same gender wasn't a choice. The person that wrote that part of the Bible was putting his/her own personal dislikes in there.

@hippyjoe1955 You're thinking very narrow mindedly. If someone is born with an attraction to only 1 gender, that means they can't control who they love. That means they'll never know what love is based on your way of thinking. If you're a believer of a good God, a good God is loving of all his children and they have a spot in his heavenly kingdom despite their sexual preference.

@blackychanx Actually you are the one with the narrow mind. You would restrict humanity to its biological urges no matter how destructive they be. I would much prefer that humans be free and able to control temptations that would if not resisted reduce humanity to nothing more than beasts of the field.

@hippyjoe1955 Just like you're "urged" to procreate with a woman, those "beasts" you mention are "urged" to love someone of the same gender. Judge not lest ye be judged. Your "urges" are just as valid as theirs. Correct?

I agree it wasn’t a choice. Nobody wants to be condemned anyway. Only if we can choose not to be gay so we will not feel being judged all the time. We will absolutely be straight. But it is never a choice. We are born to be this way. We are born unique. @blackychanx

@Timezone Just as we can’t “be gay for a day” to know what you have it like - you can’t be “straight for a day” and know what it’s like to be told that because you don’t welcome someone you don’t agree with with open arms, that you “hate them”.
