I have had this theory about autism and vaccines

Not that vaccines cause autism, but the trauma of having a shot for the first time, watching the people who are supposed to be protecting you from harm aren't and being scared because you don't understand creates a trauma response of non verbalness because your ideas of the world failed you.

That's not autism. That's learning to trust again.
