Should children at school be forced to dress down for PE?

Some PE activities require different clothing to be done safely and it would not be a good idea for children to participate in their normal clothes. And it is more hygienic to change clothes for exercise.

@SunshineGirl true and i agree with that, but at the same time I dont feel its right to force anyone to do anything with their body they are uncomfortable doing and no one should be forced to take their clothes off in front of other people

@morrgin I used to change in the lockerroom bathroom stall 🤷🏻‍♀️

@WaryWitchWandering that is an option, but its difficult to get dressed in such a confined space, bathrooms arent always very clean, and there arent enough stalls for all the ones who want to use it for privacy.

@morrgin I agree. Changing can be very stressful for some children. My niece has just started senior school and girls can change their clothes in cubicles if they prefer.
