Amber Alerts for Children “Abducted” by their Fathers

This morning I was awakened by an amber alert and noticed that like many I’ve received before, the child in question that was reported missing is alleged to have been “kidnapped” by the biological father. If a parent doesn’t have custodial rights for whatever reason, is this how they become a perpetrator (in the eyes of the law)?

Yes.

I beleive Father's aren't valued as much as mothers.

And missing a father is not a problem as per those Mothers.

@Ihopetolivehappily Children naturally need their mothers. However in some cases the father would be best suited to care for the children…
