There is a new manager at my workplace

He has been here for a month and is an over zealous micro manager.
The place is no longer the harmonious work site it once was.
So I have decided to look for work elsewhere.
I have lodged an application yesterday. I will not delude myself, at 64, the odds of my even getting an interview are very slim.
Should no interviews be forthcoming then I will grit my teeth and do what is required in this job, without enthusiasm.

Micro managers are awful on morale. Yet they’ll try to justify their actions.

@SissySecrets A real bug bear is that they also appoint a supervisor to do their dirty work.
So the new supervisor, who used to be our work-mate becomes just like management. Standing over his "subordinates". Passing on the instructions of the overbearing manager. I already told the supervisor I am far from happy with the situation and as soon as a suitable position becomes available I will be leaving.

@Gusman I do hope that the supervisors listen and acknowledge your concerns.

@SissySecrets My concerns have been noted but I guarantee nothing will change

@Gusman that sounds typical of management. I’m sorry hun.
