There is a new manager at my workplace

He has been here for a month and is an over zealous micro manager.
The place is no longer the harmonious work site it once was.
So I have decided to look for work elsewhere.
I have lodged an application yesterday. I will not delude myself, at 64, the odds of my even getting an interview are very slim.
Should no interviews be forthcoming then I will grit my teeth and do what is required in this job, without enthusiasm.

Good idea - stay with the job until they make you leave - I was laid off 2 years ago and no one will hire me. I cant get interviews on any legit jobs - just bullshit high turnover, commission only, no benefits gigs. It is humiliating and demoralizing. I just turned 60.
