I think all prejudice is from a place of ignorance and fear. Once a person identifies a prejudice and seeks understanding - it dissipates. I think Liam took responsibility for his inadequacies.

The rightist argument is that the left creates racism by labelling people and by putting them in identity groups, whereas the right is 'colour blind' and happy to judge us all as individuals.
Yet... Neeson made a remark about his past which implies a belief that an entire ethnicity is responsible for an individual crime and the right are defending him.
There is no intellectual consistency. The only consistency is in siding against minority people.
