@Torsten im not usually one for fad media stuff, but considering what is behind this court case, it strikes a chord with me .

And looking up the history , seeing her 'evidence' she collected, and how she portrays herself on the stand, ( and seeing all those tiny 'give aways' in her body language) - she makes me so mad people like her exist.

I dont care about her acting skills, i care about how downright selfish and cruel she is .
She's a fucking delusional sociopath.
Rules dont apply/ always deflecting blame/ and outright lying .

If JD was the true perpetrator here, it would be him triggering DV survivors .....not her.

Yet every comment ive seen made by one of these people, is directed at her - they recognise the traits of an abuser.

@OogieBoogie I am sure she makes a lot of domestic abuse victims mad. No doubt there. I know people like to say she has set women abuse victims far back in progress but I would not agree with that. People will still believe women in general when it comes to domestic abuse. I think this case has more been putting a light on male domestic abuse and shows men do get abused also.
I dont think anyones word should just be believed when it comes to domestic abuse. I think evidence and due process is a must instead

The custody of the dogs was fucked up too. Im pretty sure one of them used to belong to JD's mum.
But she got them both!

And then there was that publicity stunt where she got a new dog December last year , and named him after the aussie politician that made her apologise for smuggling her dogs into aus.
Where is that dog now ?

Too many abusers get away with it .

I think a triad of body language experts should be in every court case.
Some people are just very at ease with , and expert at lying.

JD is very composed for a victim .
And i wouldnt be surprised if he was driven to fits of physicsl madness.

But not all victims have the suport of friends and a great legal team. Some are in fact terrified to go to court as they have no evidence and no witnesses . Which means, the legal system cant always deliver true justice .
I imagine quite a few perpetrators have won legal battles , while vitims get crushed even more .

I hope this case shows just how easy it is to 'make assumptions' and be wrong. And that these types of cases need a closer look than just physical evidence - as most abuse isnt just physical, its psychological and emotional at its core. 😔
