Honestly, if you want to maintain mobility, then isn't this one of the best things you can do? Aestheticaly it looks really bad, but it's functional. What is the alternative?

@Kwek00 Maybe, but I would be annoyed knocking things over, have to pick them up. Getting my cords yanked out and caught on things all the time. As part of the PC Master Race, we pride ourselves on efficiently organised cords. It's one of our culture's core values, anything less is considered blasphemy, and is often only tolerated within the confines of the brutish FPS communities.

@SnailTeeth Yeah, that's a big disadvantage. You can also get stuck behind things. But these guys have to connect their power and data connections to the specific implant in some way. And if a cable is nescessary to do, then you can either put them in their body or on the outside. You need to think about the length of the cable. Which needs to be long enough to be able to connect those two points in every position the body is in. And you have to think about mobility, like if you attach a big less bendable cable to a joint, using that joint will require more power (because it needs to bend the cable) and will make you slower. Which is not effecient either imo. Wasted time is the ultimate sin.

@Kwek00 Isn't our nervous system just a series of cables? Besides, these fucks should have nano cables at this point. I'm just not buying it. xD

@SnailTeeth 😅 Who knows how incredibly advanced those cables really are. And yeah, but our nervous system isn't really automatising non biological parts.
