Florence Pugh has candidly addressed the challenges of navigating Hollywood as a young woman, describing the experience as “very hard” and “exhausting.”

The 29-year-old actress, who first garnered attention with her debut in The Falling at 18, shared her thoughts on the Reign With Josh Smith podcast.

Reflecting on her career, she emphasized the importance of standing up for herself, especially as she entered the industry during the height of the Me Too and Times Up movements.

Pugh explained, “Young women in this industry have so much to fight for and to protect and to defend and then to shout about. It’s really, really hard.”
