@Classified I think that's more for him to answer but I think from our perspective we may notice it in ways like his expressionless appearance. Yet he has a very silly childish sense of humor. The choking and stuttering is VERY common in autism especially when they're nervous.
Autistic people are VERY creative because they will find a little passion and become over fascinated with it and become amazing at it. Which explains his creative genius. He was so moved by his passion to rap he even went to events and actually tried to put himself out there even though we all know singing and rapping especially back then before the internet is not a realistic means of trying to get money or stability.
It was almost as if he was driven by the passion itself. I even think his drug addiction was because of the time he was brought up in. They didn't have good resources to help children with autism. so he was self-supplementing with street drugs.

it's so hard when you have autism and no resources because you have all these heavy burdens and are unable to even comprehend that you have them let alone how to handle them.

@Patriot96 Beetoveen, Mozart, Messi (the soccer player), Bill Gates, Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Tim Burton, Nikola Tesla, Andy Warhol, WolfGang Mozart were all autistic.

He lives off of being a musician. All of these people were significant artists and figures that transformed history as we know it.
