Could Taylor Swift live anywhere she wanted.?

Singer -songwriter Taylor Swift's main place of residence is in New York city,and that's all well and good.But if she wanted to live full time in another country(e.g Switzerland,England, Italy,France)and even become an actual citizen of that country,am I correct in assuming that a person of her fame, wealth and status could do so in any country in the world?
