I've never felt like a Catholic, even though I was baptized and had Holy Communion, went to Catholic school for 12 years etc.

It's just not me. And I've discovered the kids I grew up with and their families weren't nice people. My father's family are Protestant at best, mostly Atheist these days, including me. The Catholic beliefs and going to Church are something my mother tried to instill in me. As soon as I left school and decided to never go back to the 'Catholic' way of life, it was like I was myself again -which I hadn't felt since I was about 4.

I don't remember anything from when I was four I was raised Catholic as well but I did try out other churches which only made my Catholic faith stronger.

I had the same exact experience. Also had so many questions about the faith but will not voice them out of respect for the devout Catholics here

I try to go to Mass several times a week. Three times so far this week.
