The bible speaks of Jesus' brothers.
"Yes, Jesus had at least six siblings. These included his brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas as well as at least two sisters. ( Matthew 13:54-56; Mark 6:3) Those siblings were natural children of Jesus’ mother, Mary, and her husband, Joseph."

Jesus had 4 half brothers - Joseph, James, Jude, and Simon. Half brothers because Joseph was not the father of Jesus. There are several scriptures in the Bible regarding this. if you are interested.

Yes, she went on to have probably many children as was customary at that time.
The Bible speaks of Jesus's brothers so we know that he had at least 4 named brothers and 2 unnamed sisters. This is from the book of Mark Ch 6.
The sisters are meantioned in Matthew as well.
