America has NATO, Russia only has few eastern european countries with soviet weapons. so America will probably win. but Russia isn't a small country to invade like Iraq. so you will have to give a hard fight, and it will cost trillions of dollars, millions of lives, and economy of both countries will straightly go downhill. now it's a different story, if nuclear bombs are used.
