Today I learned that Israel imprisons 18 month old children.

They imprison them for throwing rocks punishable by 20 years in prison. So right now there's hundreds of children in prison for life because they threw a small stone at a tank when they were like 7. I dunno what the 18 month old did but they were released with cigarette burns on their legs the mother says and I fear that they could have abused the baby in other ways, much like the ice detainees are being abused in the states right now and how we're also imprisoning children.

That's what happens when you dehumanize people, you allow yourself to justify things deep down you know is wrong because if someone burned your baby girl's legs or stuck your newborn in prison you wouldn't like it. But you'd do it to other people because the military says they are the "other" and the "other" don't get afforded empathy.

Just bullies really. Imagine being 50 and you don on military gear to go terrorize other people. Anyone doing that certainly don't got a family they honestly take care of. That's why goals and successes are important in life because if you're a loser then you go into the military when you're older and bully children because you don't got anything else going on.
