Biden is a war criminal. The ceasefire does not change that fact.

The only way for these countries to have a resemblance of balance when it comes to protecting themselves is the existence of nuclear military force biased towards them instead, or under their disposal.

That is actually the only pragmatic solution. All else is side noise.
Did America have any soldiers actively involved?

A country does not need to have active soldiers in a warzone to be considered complicit in or guilty of war crimes, even though there were military officers participating in some of the operations.

Biden is a war criminal based on actual definitions of what a constitute a war crime internationally.

It doesn't have to be biased, it just needs to be equal. It would be interesting to see if there'll be no longer wars in a hypothetical timeline in which every country had nuclear warheads (and the means to launch them, and the budget to maintain them operable), or if it just ends with humanity nuking itself out of the planet. Probably the latter knowing how people reason.

I don't know if we've had a president in my lifetime that hasn't been. Between engaging in illegal torture, invading another nation on false pretenses, attacking civilians with drones, hiding the fact that we've attacked civilians with drones by trying to claim any adolescent or older males were potential targets and thus not civilians, actively aiding and abetting other war criminals. It's been bad

Yes.

The US decided to stomp on the international laws they very much drafted themselves. And this means, no rational for the rest of the world to abide by them. No one likes being oppressed, surprisingly.
