people that are transitioning need to focus on the mental, physical and emotional changes they are undergoing. we need focused people.

Too late (for the UK) it started with allowing women to get away with having lower standards than men and kowtowing to them when they don't want to do part of the job. I'm not blaming women entirely for this if the system hadn't bent for them only the decent female workers would've been allowed through training.

Agreed. I got out of the Air Force 25 years ago. That was back in the days they still sold Penthouse magazines at the AAFES Shopette. So political correctness was still a baby.
