US Military has new "EQUITY" program, and there's a hard push from the highest levels to implement this program.
This is not some healthy "we are all equal" thing. This is skin color based hiring of contractors, AI developers, and promotions. There's a LOT to the new Military equity program, (I was unable to find the list of what is in the program online).
EQUITY is a MARXIST concept. It is a way of selecting people who have not risen through their own Merit...(because they don't have their own Merit), and elevating those who might be mediocre or even less than mediocre.
What this is, is insurance that the US Military will NOT be able to compete with countries like China who contract, develop and promote those with the greatest MERIT.
We should definitely not be "equitizing" AI developers. This is insanity.
It is Marxist insurance that the USA will LOSE it's next war.
