BUT legally deploying the us armed forces is SUPPOSED to be a very difficult thing.
no also, that the "War Powers act" has not been enforced for over 30 some years.
both Bush 2 and Obama sent US national guard troops to the border
that said,
there is no threat to the US from a convoy of people headed to the border, as they do have a right to apply for sanctuary at that time, at the border post
so where is threat sufficient to
