...as well as a number of historical instances when it was done Illegally, like during the "bonus march"
BUT legally deploying the us armed forces is SUPPOSED to be a very difficult thing.
no also, that the "War Powers act" has not been enforced for over 30 some years.

both Bush 2 and Obama sent US [i]national guard[/i] troops to the border

there is no threat to the US from a convoy of people headed to the border, as they do have a [i]right to apply[/i] for sanctuary at that time, [i]at the border post[/i]
