I Used to Love My Job, But I Don't Anymore
The management treats me super well and is very accommodating to my needs.
But,
This is by far an absolute dead end that is about to fall apart.
I have not been given a raise, though, I was told I would receive one.
I work here 40 hours a week, with 0 benefits.
We have been short staffed for months and no one will hire some new workers.
I have military orders to leave for the entirety of March. April comes, I'm getting a new job.
Its not my boss. Its the owner. He just wont take care of the property and the employees inside. He's never even here.
But,
