I had a preliminary interview on the phone.

It's a startup insurance company, there's only one actuary currently employed there. The idea of being #2 actuary like that is pretty intimidating, I know I'll have a lot of responsibility on my shoulders. I don't think I'm really qualified. But at the same time, I feel like this might be a chance to escape the crappy situation I'm in and gain some marketable skills. I am proceeding cautiously.
