Feeling lost

New job has taken over my mind and don’t feel like I have a life besides it. Don’t like the job much. And don’t know what I want at home either? Idk? Mind is blank about my own life.

At work: I just want to be done and go home.
At home: now what?

@BrandNewMan thank you. Due to having less non-work time I haven’t been doing much else. My job is helping others so I’m kind of burnt out of helping anyone though.
I appreciate your suggestions

@Stuffy Ah, I see. Can relate to work hours limiting available time. Hope you find something to help address what you are encountering.
