At work they think I don't know what's going on because I get along with everyone, respect people's time, age and experience, always help

and never complain. However I'm not as innocent or stupid as they think. I can see how kindness is being exploited but I turn a blind eye mostly for other people's sake. However after leaving me alone and not helping me when I needed I'm considering changing up on them a little bit.
