Ideally people should work to live. Work should be what you do as a necessary evil to live your life. Your personal life should be priority. Nobody ever went to their death bed wishing they attended more staff meetings.


That being said our current economic system doesn't realistically permit that unless you are already wealthy. So bottom line you have to figure out where the line is that you can make ends meet and still live with yourself.

You don't really, that's just a popular myth. You work when you need to work and make do as best you can with the rest.
