Night shift was torturous for me.
Only done it for 6 months. Was falling asleep operating a forklift.
Working 100 km out of town all week, drive back home after 6 days of 12 hour night shifts.
One time I fell asleep whilst driving, 100kmh, cruise control on.
Ran off road, hit a tree. Luckily I only broke my foot.
Never went back to that job.
