Day shift: has 25 Carers, 8 Enrolled Nurses and 4 Registered Nurses on shift. Plus all the personnel in the office including that nitwit of a Manager.
Night Shift: has 5 Carers and 1 lazy Registered Nurse. So get ready to have a step count of 30,000 by the end of the shift.
And when there was Covid. Most Carers didn't even show up to Night shift. Even if they paid you the $10 extra an hour (They never did) it doesn't even cover for the 3 weeks off work without pay you'll incur if you caught Covid. So I got stuck a few times with only 2 of Carers, 1 Lazy RN against 120 sick patients. and no help from management.
